Return Policy


Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of delivery. Returns will not be accepted on any items that have been used, modified, installed, painted, or damaged. Original Shipping Charges , Return Shipping Charges and Bank Transaction Charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping arrangements. All return parts must be in the original packaging and you must include a copy of your invoice. 

Before Opening The Product Packaging, Please Compare The Order Parts With Your Car Parts. Products Are Returnable & Exchangeable, If The Packaging Is Not Open And Damage.

There are no returns on electrical items, high performance parts, previously installed or On Demand / Special Ordered parts as well provided they have not been unsealed or plugged in because we cannot restock them. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns if we concluded the order was your error, but still a returnable item. Shipping charges, handling charges, transaction charges are not refundable.

Please note that items must be in an unused condition and contain all the original tags and packaging (if any) & do not write anything on the box as it becomes non-returnable to our manufacturers.

Refund or Exchange will be processed once original item and all accessories are returned. Refund or Exchange process can take up to 7 business days.

Electrical parts can be returned as well provided they have not been unsealed or plugged in.

On Demand products are Final Sale Items can't be Return or Exchange.


Physical damage claim will not accepted during transportation.


Please choose a product carefully before you Order, we do not exchange product due to change of mind.

SM Motors cannot be held responsible and shall remain exempt from all liability for physical damage to a shipment, or loss caused by delay of delivery.
