Cash On Delivery (COD)

SM Motors offer Cash On Delivery (C.O.D) service to all major cities of Pakistan. Our staff will contact you over phone to confirm the order. After the order is confirmed, It will be processed. Everthing you need will reach you at your door step with In 2-4 Days.

COD allows the customer to choose a product of their liking for Home Delivery, and pay at the time the product has been delivered.

If you are unreachable or unable to attend the call, please contact Customer Care Team on 0321-4090900  to confirm the purchase within 24 hours of making the purchase. Failing to confirm the order will lead to order cancellation.

You’ll be asked for the required amount in cash at the time of the delivery, Cheques, Demand Draft will not be accepted as modes of payment, only cash payment can be made and will be provided with a smmotors.org receipt along with your purchase.

Cash On Delivery (COD) option is available on purchases up to a limit of Rs. 10,000 initially beyond which purchases can only be made using Bank Transfer , Credit Cards , Easy Pay, Alfa Pay ...etc.

Cash On Delivery (COD) not available on all products , On Demand / Special order products , products/items restricted by Courier Companies.

Cash On Delivery (COD) not available for international shipping.

When your order ships, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the carrier’s website to trace your order.

Your order product will be delivered via Leopards / TCS Courier before or on the expected delivery date.

Note:

1) In Some Cases We May Require Full Or Partial Advance Payments.

2) Shipments Worth More Than Rs. 10,000 Will Not Be Accepted Currently.

3) COD Not Available On Liquid Items.
